With nearly 20 years of experience in County Attorney’s Offices, Rebecca Church understands every facet of the County Attorney’s role and would work every day to keep Winona County safe, fair, and welcoming.
The County Attorney’s Office plays a critical role in keeping our community safe while ensuring justice is fair, balanced, and thoughtful. Rebecca is running because she believes the office must combine accountability with rehabilitation, support victims, and work collaboratively with law enforcement, county departments, and community partners.
Justice works best when decisions are made carefully, communication is open, and people are treated with respect. Rebecca is ready to lead with experience, transparency, and a deep commitment to Winona County.
